LIMU - ETHIOPIA
LIMU - ETHIOPIA
honey, citrus & jasmine
Ethiopian Limu coffee comes from the Jimma area of western Ethiopia, a region known for coffees with a sweet and balanced character. Natural processing allows the coffee cherry to dry around the bean, giving the coffee additional sweetness and fruit character while preserving the distinctive qualities of the region. Limmu coffees are commonly produced by smallholder farmers across the surrounding highlands. This Grade 5 natural coffee offers a sweet profile with notes of honey, citrus and jasmine.
